2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 pound medium-sized carrots, washed and peeled

2 tablespoons olive oil

Β½ teaspoon garlic powder

Β½ teaspoon paprika

ΒΌ cup grated parmesan cheese

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1-Toss the chopped carrots in a bowl with melted butter, brown sugar, and salt until fully coated.

2-Transfer them to an oven-safe bowl that fits inside the air fryer to prevent dripping.

3-Air fry at 380Β°F (193Β°C) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, then season with additional salt if desired.

4-Toss peeled carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.

5-Place directly in the air fryer basket and cook at 380Β°F (193Β°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket midway.

6-Once cooked, top with parmesan cheese and parsley, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

7-First, wash, peel, and cut the carrots into uniform pieces for even cooking. Preheat your air fryer to the right temperature, then add the seasoned carrots in a single layer. For dietary tweaks, adjust seasonings as needed, and always check for doneness by testing with a fork.
