Instructions
1-Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning it with 1 teaspoon chili powder, ยฝ teaspoon cumin, ยฝ teaspoon oregano, ยฝ teaspoon salt, and ยผ teaspoon pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
2-Preheat the air fryer to 320ยฐF (160ยฐC).
3-Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Place half of the 4 cups tortilla chips in the basket, then layer half of the 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1 diced roma tomato, ยฝ diced bell pepper, and the cooked ground beef over them.
4-Repeat the layers starting with the remaining chips and toppings.
5-Air fry for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
6-Garnish with sliced scallion and chopped fresh cilantro, and serve with sour cream or other preferred toppings.
