– 1.5 cups cooked cinnamon apples

– 2 tbsp sugar (for apples)

– 1 tsp cinnamon (for apples)

– 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water)

– 1 cup oats

– 1/2 cup flour

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1/2 cup butter

– 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for crumble)

– 1 cup sugar (baked variation)

– 3 eggs (baked variation)

– 1 cup sour cream (baked variation)

– 1 tbsp lemon juice (baked variation)

– 2 cups diced apples + 1 tsp cinnamon + 2 tbsp flour (baked variation)

Instructions

1-First Step: Prepare the Mise en Place and Base Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment. Mix 1.5 cups crushed graham crackers, 1/3 cup melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar until sandy.
