πŸ” These sliders are perfect for game days or parties, offering a delicious and easy-to-prepare meal that everyone will love.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

– 12 sweet rolls

– 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

– 1/3 cup buffalo sauce

– 1 1/2 cups plain coleslaw (cabbage and carrots)

– 1/4 cup ranch dressing

– 1/2 cup melted butter

– Approximately half a packet (1 oz) of ranch dip seasoning (about 4 teaspoons)

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a 9Γ—13 inch pan with parchment paper or non-stick spray to avoid any sticking issues.

2-Cut the rolls: Cut the 12 sweet rolls horizontally with a serrated knife into a top and bottom slab, keeping them together for easy assembly.

3-Mix the chicken and sauce: Mix the 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken with the 1/3 cup buffalo sauce until evenly coated, then spread this mixture on the bottom slab of rolls for a flavorful base.

4-Combine coleslaw and dressing: Combine the 1 1/2 cups plain coleslaw with the 1/4 cup ranch dressing and layer it over the chicken for a creamy, crunchy contrast.

5-Place the top slab: Place the top slab of rolls over the coleslaw to hold everything in place.

6-Mix butter and seasoning: Mix the 1/2 cup melted butter with the approximately half a packet (1 oz) of ranch dip seasoning (about 4 teaspoons) and pour it evenly over the top of the rolls, letting some drip down the sides.

7-Cover and rest: Cover with aluminum foil and let the assembled sliders stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.

8-Bake the sliders: Bake covered for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until they’re golden and heated through.

9-Slice and serve: Slice into individual sliders and serve them warm for the best experience.
