– 1 2/3 cups all bran cereal OR 4 cups bran flakes cereal OR 4 cups raisin bran cereal

Instructions

1-Prepare a standard muffin tin: Prepare a standard muffin tin with liners or lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2-Beat butter and sugar: Beat butter and sugar together in a large bowl.

3-Add eggs, mashed bananas, and buttermilk: Add eggs, mashed bananas, and buttermilk, mixing to combine.

4-In a separate bowl: In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt.

5-Add dry ingredients and bran cereal: Add dry ingredients and bran cereal to the banana mixture, stirring just until moistened.

6-Divide the batter evenly: Divide the batter evenly between muffin cups.

7-Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit: Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 16-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
