๐Ÿณ This one-skillet wonder delivers restaurant-quality results in just 22 minutes with minimal cleanup

  • Total Time: 22 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

– 6 pieces Boneless skinless chicken thighs for main protein, juiciness and flavor

– 1 teaspoon Kosher salt for seasoning and enhanced taste

– 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper for subtle heat

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

– 1 cup Bang Bang sauce (can be homemade or store-bought)

– chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

1-Mix 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika in a small bowl to create a simple seasoning blend.

2-Season the 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs evenly with this mixture for a flavorful base.

3-Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until it’s hot and ready.

4-Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, cooking in batches if needed, for 5 minutes on one side.

5-Flip the chicken, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for another 5 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).

6-Remove the cooked chicken and keep it warm on a plate while you prepare the sauce.

7-Pour 1 cup Bang Bang sauce into the skillet, stir to scrape up browned bits, and let it simmer for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through.

8-Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it thoroughly with the sauce for that signature creamy finish.

9-Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
