πŸ₯© A perfect balance of tender beef, crisp veggies, and perfectly cooked noodles makes this a quick and satisfying meal.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

– 8 ounces cooked lo mein noodles

– 1 teaspoon sesame oil

– 1/4 cup hot boiled water

– 1 tablespoon beef bouillon paste or equivalent

– 3 tablespoons soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar

– oil for frying (amount as needed)

– 1 pound beef (such as flank, skirt, ribeye, or top sirloin) sliced into thin strips

– 2 large carrots diced into two-inch pieces

– 2 cups broccoli diced into two-inch pieces

– 1 large onion diced into two-inch pieces

– 4 garlic cloves pressed

Instructions

1-First: prepare the sauce by dissolving the beef bouillon and brown sugar in the hot boiled water, then stir in the soy sauce and set it aside. This creates a flavorful base that ties everything together.

2-Next, dice the carrots, broccoli, and onion into two-inch pieces, and slice the beef into thin strips for tenderness.

3-Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until it’s golden brown, then set it aside.

4-In the same skillet, sautΓ© the onions until they’re golden and remove them.

5-Follow that by sautΓ©ing the carrots until softened, add the broccoli, and cook for about three minutes before stirring in the pressed garlic.

6-Once the veggies are ready, return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and let it simmer for around two minutes.

7-Finally, add the cooked lo mein noodles and toss everything together until well mixed. Serve it hot for the best taste, and remember to rinse your noodles with cold water beforehand to avoid sticking.
