1 cup of softened cream cheese

1 cup of chopped fresh spinach

2 cloves of mashed garlic

1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika for the seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder for the seasoning mix

1 teaspoon cumin for the seasoning mix

Butter or oil as needed to grease the skillet

Instructions

1-Gather and prepare all ingredients, including rinsing and chopping fresh spinach and measuring the seasoning.

2-Prepare the salmon fillets by slicing a pocket into each one.

3-In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, spinach, garlic, parmesan, and black pepper to create the stuffing.

4-Stuff each pocket generously and rub on the seasoning mix.

5-Heat the skillet, place the salmon in, and broil as directed.

6-Remove from the oven and let it rest before serving with sides like rice and broccoli.
