Ingredients
– 1/2 oz (about 15 ml) non-alcoholic blue curaΓ§ao-style syrup (or 1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder dissolved in 1-2 tsp hot water)
– 1 oz (about 30 ml) fresh lime juice
– 2 oz (about 60 ml) pineapple juice
– 2 oz (about 60 ml) coconut water (unsweetened)
– 1 Tbsp (about 15 ml) coconut milk or cream of coconut
– 1 oz (about 30 ml) non-alcoholic rum-flavored essence (optional)
– 3-4 ice cubes
– Fresh fruit slices and/or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1-If using spirulina: Dissolve the 1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder in 1-2 tsp hot water; let it cool.
2-Add the blue syrup or the spirulina mixture, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, coconut milk, and the optional non-alcoholic rum essence to a cocktail shaker.
3-Toss in 3-4 ice cubes.
4-Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
5-Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
6-Garnish with fruit slices and/or edible flowers, then serve immediately.
