Blueberry Coffee Cake This blueberry coffee cake is soft and tender, packed with sweet blueberries, and crowned with a buttery, crunchy cinnamon streusel. It bakes in one pan, it uses everyday pantry staples, and it is the cake I reach for the moment fresh blueberries show up at the market.
