2-Next: in a saucepan, melt the stick of salted butter with the 3 chopped garlic cloves over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until it’s fragrant. Then, mix in the 2 tablespoons of minced green onion, 1 tablespoon of minced rosemary, and 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme to create a flavorful spread.
