Focaccia bread or another preferred artisan bread (enough for 2 servings)
Instructions
1-Prepare the Mustard Mayo sauce: mix 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tablespoons sour cream, and 2 teaspoons yellow mustard in a small bowl.
2-Gather all ingredients: slice the avocado and red onion if not already done.
3-Toast your focaccia bread or preferred artisan bread: for added crunch, which enhances the texture.
4-Spread the Mustard Mayo sauce generously: on one side of each bread slice to add moisture and flavor.
5-Layer on the 2 slices of provolone cheese, followed by the 6 ounces of pulled rotisserie chicken breast for a protein base.
6-Add the 4 strips of cooked bacon: for that smoky crunch.
7-Then top with 2 large lettuce leaves, 4 to 6 slices of tomato, 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced, and 1 sliced avocado.
8-Season with salt and pepper: to taste, then close the sandwich with the second bread slice, press gently, and cut in half for easy handling.
