Instructions
1- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (177Β°C). Grease a 9Γ5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray and line it with parchment paper if you want.

3- In a mixer, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 4-5 minutes until itβs light and fluffy.
4- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each one, then mix in the vanilla extract.
5- Stir in the mashed bananas until theyβre fully mixed in.
6- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix just until combined; make sure not to overmix to keep it moist.

9- Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. If the top gets too brown, cover it with foil loosely.
