6 large eggs, scrambled

8 ounces (about 227 grams) ground pork sausage, cooked

6 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled (about 1 cup)

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 package Hawaiian rolls

Cowboy butter, melted and divided

Instructions

1-Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) while you prepare the ingredients.

2-Mix and cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet until browned, then set aside.

3-Scramble the 6 large eggs in another pan until fluffy and fully cooked.

4-Cook the 6 slices of thick-cut bacon until crispy, then crumble them into about 1 cup.

5-Assemble the sliders by placing the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet, brushing with melted cowboy butter, and adding layers of eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese.

6-Brush the top halves with more melted cowboy butter and place them on the assembled bottoms.

7-Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for 3 to 5 more minutes until golden brown.
