Instructions

1-Getting started: Getting started with this cream cheese pasta bake is as simple as preheating your oven. First, set it to 400Β°F and get your ingredients ready in an oven-safe dish. Combine the 20 oz. cherry tomatoes, 1/2 small white onion minced, 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes with some oil from the jar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 cloves garlic minced, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste; give it all a good stir.

2-Bake: Next, place an 8 oz. block of cream cheese right in the center. Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes until the cream cheese turns golden and softens up. While that’s in the oven, cook 8 oz. of your favorite pasta according to the package and drain it.

3-Finish: Once baked, take the dish out and gently smash the tomatoes with a spoon to mix everything into a creamy sauce.
