– 15 ounces canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes

– 4 ounces cream cheese

– 8 ounces dried pasta of any shape (227 grams)

– 2 sliced green onions for garnish

– 2 teaspoons chili powder for the fajita spice mix

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika for the fajita spice mix

– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder for the fajita spice mix

– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder for the fajita spice mix

– 1/4 teaspoon cumin for the fajita spice mix

– 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper for the fajita spice mix

– 1/2 teaspoon sugar for the fajita spice mix

– 1/2 teaspoon salt for the fajita spice mix

Instructions

1-First, cook the 8 ounces of dried pasta in boiling water until tender, then drain it.

2-Next, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat and sautรฉ the cubed 1 boneless skinless chicken breast with the fajita spice mix until browned and cooked through.

3-Remove the chicken from the skillet, then in the same pan, cook the 1 diced green bell pepper (142 grams) and 1 diced yellow onion (284 grams) until softened and slightly browned.

4-Add the 15 ounces of canned fire-roasted diced tomatoes with their juices and 4 ounces of cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.

5-Return the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, stirring to fully coat them with the sauce.

6-Finally, top with 2 sliced green onions before serving.
