Instructions
1-Preheat oven: to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
2-Melt together: the coconut oil or ghee, maple syrup if youβre using it, and cinnamon in a small pan over low heat.
3-Place the 3 cups of unsweetened banana chips in a bowl and pour the melted mixture over them, stirring well to coat everything evenly.
4-Spread the coated chips in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper for even baking.
5-Bake for about 8 minutes, then take the tray out of the oven.
6-Let the chips cool completely on a rack to get that perfect crunch.
7-Store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
