Ingredients

– 4 lobster tails

– 2 cups of flour

– 2 eggs

– 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning

– 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

– 1 tablespoon of onion powder

– 1 tablespoon of paprika

– 2-3 cups of vegetable oil

Instructions

1-First, de-shell and clean the 4 lobster tails, then cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. It takes about 15 minutes for this initial prep, setting the stage for flavorful results.

2-Next, beat the 2 eggs in a bowl to create a coating base.

3-Season the lobster pieces with 1 tablespoon each of Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika, then mix them thoroughly with the beaten eggs.

4-In another bowl, combine 2 cups of flour with 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning for the outer layer. Now, coat the seasoned lobster pieces in this flour mixture for that essential crispiness.

5-Heat 2-3 cups of vegetable oil in a skillet to 350ยฐF, which is about 175ยฐC, for frying.

6-Cook the lobster in batches to avoid overcrowding, frying each batch for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

7-Once done, drain the excess oil and serve with your favorite dipping sauce the whole cooking process adds about 20 minutes.
