– 10 grams light mayonnaise

– 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

– 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste or anchovies, blended

– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, or white vinegar

– 1/4 to 1/2 lemon, juiced

– 3 to 5 grams grated parmesan

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1/2 to 1 head cos, romaine, or iceberg lettuce

– 1 teaspoon honey

– 2 teaspoons hot sauce

– Dash of chili flakes

Instructions

1-First step: Prep the chicken and potatoes Start by getting all your ingredients ready. Cut the 125 grams of chicken breast into a thin cutlet and pound it to an even 1/4-inch thickness. This helps it cook quickly and evenly, which is especially important if you want that crisp outside and juicy center. Next, peel and chop 225 to 250 grams of white potato into fry shapes that are as even as possible so they cook at the same pace. Rinse the potato fries under cold water until the water runs clear. This removes extra starch and helps the fries crisp up later. If you have time, soak the fries in cold water with a little baking soda for 30 minutes to 1 hour. That extra step can make them even crispier.

2-Second step: Marinate the chicken In a bowl, mix the chicken with 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder, a dash of paprika, mixed herbs, salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. The user directions included lemon juice in the marinade, so add enough to lightly coat the chicken without making it watery. Let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour. The longer rest helps the chicken soak up flavor and stay tender.

3-Third step: Mix the panko coating In a separate shallow bowl, combine 13 to 15 grams of panko breadcrumbs, 5 grams of grated parmesan, a dash of garlic powder, a dash of paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir it well so the seasonings spread through the crumbs. This small breadcrumb mix is enough to coat the chicken and create a crisp crust without feeling heavy. Take the marinated chicken and press it into the breadcrumb mixture. Turn it over and pat the crumbs onto both sides so the coating sticks well. If you want extra crunch, gently press the crumbs down with your fingers instead of shaking them off.

4-Fourth step: Cook the fries After soaking, drain the fries and pat them very dry with a clean towel. Moisture is the enemy of crispiness, so take your time with this part. Toss the fries with 1/2 teaspoon olive oil and your seasonings to taste. Keep the coating light so the fries still stay crisp rather than greasy. Air fry the fries at 200ยฐC for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. If you are baking instead, you can still keep them crisp by spreading them out in a single layer and flipping once during cooking. The fries should be golden at the edges and tender in the middle.

5-Fifth step: Cook the crispy chicken Spray the coated chicken lightly with olive oil spray. This helps the panko brown nicely without adding much oil. Air fry at 200ยฐC for 15 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you prefer to bake, cook at 200ยฐC for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway. The chicken is ready when the crust is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF. For the best texture, do not overcrowd the basket or tray. The air needs room to move around the chicken so the coating gets crisp on all sides. If your fillet is very thick in the middle, give it a quick extra pound before cooking.

6-Sixth step: Make the Caesar dressing In a small bowl, mix 10 grams light mayonnaise, 25 grams Greek yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste or blended anchovies, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar or white vinegar, 1/4 to 1/2 lemon, juiced, 3 to 5 grams grated parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy. If you like a thinner dressing, add a tiny splash more lemon juice or vinegar. Toss the dressing with 1/2 to 1 head of cos, romaine, or iceberg lettuce. Use lettuce that has been washed, dried well, and chilled if possible. Crisp lettuce makes the whole salad taste fresher and keeps the dressing from turning watery.

7-Seventh step: Make the hot honey Stir together 1 teaspoon honey, 2 teaspoons hot sauce, and a dash of chili flakes in a tiny bowl. This takes only a few seconds, but it changes the whole dish. The sweet heat works beautifully with the savory chicken and adds a little extra kick without overpowering the salad. You can drizzle the hot honey over the chicken after cooking or serve it on the side if you want to control the spice level. A small amount goes a long way.

8-Final step: Assemble and serve Plate the dressed Caesar salad first, then add the crispy chicken and a serving of fries on the side or right on the plate. Finish the chicken with hot honey and a little freshly grated parmesan. Serve right away while the chicken is crisp and the fries are hot. If you want the most balanced bite, cut the chicken and dip each piece into the dressing-coated lettuce with a fry on the side. That mix of cold, creamy, crispy, and spicy is what makes this healthy chicken caesar salad with fries so satisfying.
