🍓🥛 No-bake 20-minute assembly chills to parfait perfection – light 326kcal treat ideal for parties, picnics, or sunny dessert cravings!

  • Total Time: 50 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

– 80g Butterkekse for crunchy base

– 50g Weiche Butter for holding crumbs together

– 300g Erdbeeren for fresh fruit flavor

– 2 tablespoons Puderzucker for sweetening puree

– 200g Sahne for light cream layer

– 250g Magerquark for soft, protein-rich cream

– 50g Zucker for sweetening the cream

– 1 package Vanillezucker for adding vanilla flavor

Instructions

1-First Step: Prepare the glasses and cookie base Start by preparing six dessert glasses. This helps you portion the dessert evenly and makes serving much easier later. Next, crumble the Butterkekse into fine crumbs. You can do this with your hands, a food bag and rolling pin, or a small food processor if you want a very quick result. Mix the cookie crumbs with the 50g soft butter until the mixture looks evenly moist. The butter should coat the crumbs so they hold together when pressed. Spoon the mixture into the bottoms of the six glasses and press it down firmly with the back of a spoon. This forms the base of your Erdbeer Butterkeks Dessert Im Glas and gives the first bite a pleasant crunch.

2-Second Step: Make the strawberry puree Take 100g of the strawberries and puree them with the 2 tablespoons of Puderzucker. The puree should be smooth enough to layer easily, but it can still have a little texture if you prefer a more rustic look. The powdered sugar helps the berries taste sweeter and more balanced. Spoon half of this strawberry puree over the cookie layer in each glass. Spread it gently so the red color shows through the sides. This is one of the prettiest parts of the Erdbeerdessert, because the layers already start to look festive and fresh.

3-Third Step: Slice the remaining strawberries Slice the remaining strawberries from the total 300g. Use thin slices if you want them to stand close to the glass edge, or slightly thicker slices for a fuller fruit layer. Arrange the slices along the inside edges of the glasses. Tip: Press the strawberry slices lightly against the glass edge to help them stay in place. This small step makes the dessert look neat and polished. It also helps the layers show clearly when you serve the glasses.

4-Fourth Step: Whip the cream and mix the quark filling Whip the 200g Sahne until stiff peaks form. Cold cream whips best, so keep it chilled until you need it. In a second bowl, stir the 250g Magerquark with the 50g Zucker and 1 package Vanillezucker until smooth. Now gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture. Use a spatula and light movements so the cream stays airy. This step creates the soft filling that balances the cookie crunch and the fresh fruit. The result should be thick but still pipeable, which works well for clean layers in the glasses.

5-Fifth Step: Fill the glasses Transfer the quark and cream mixture into a piping bag if you have one. If not, you can spoon it in carefully. Pipe or spoon the mixture into the glasses on top of the strawberry slices and puree. Fill each glass almost to the top, but leave a little space for the final garnish. Make sure the cream layer covers the fruit well so the dessert looks balanced from the side. This layering style is one reason people love a Dessert im Glas. It gives each spoonful a little bit of everything, from biscuit base to fruit to cream.

6-Final Step: Finish, chill, and serve Add the remaining strawberry puree on top of the cream layer. Then decorate each glass with halved strawberries. This final touch gives the dessert a fresh, cheerful finish and makes it look ready for a party table. Chill the finished Erdbeer Butterkeks Dessert Im Glas for at least 30 minutes before serving. The chilling time helps the cream firm up a little and lets the flavors blend together. You can serve it after 30 minutes, but it can also rest longer if you are making it ahead for guests. The total time is 50 minutes, with 20 minutes of prep and 30 minutes of chilling. The recipe level is easy, so it works well for beginners, students, and busy parents alike.
