– 1/4 cup sour cream
– 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1/2 cup everything bagel seasoning (a blend of sesame seeds, salt, poppy seeds, onion, and garlic), divided
– Bagel chips or other dippers such as crackers, pretzels, pita chips, tortilla chips, vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers), or crostinis for serving
Instructions
1-In a large bowl, combine 16 ounces cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tablespoons of the everything bagel seasoning. Mix using a handheld or stand mixer at medium speed until thoroughly combined, scraping the bowl as needed.
2-Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball, then wrap tightly.
3-Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to firm up and allow flavors to meld.
4-Pour the remaining everything bagel seasoning onto a plate and roll the chilled cheese ball in it until fully coated.
5-Bring the cheese ball to room temperature before serving to soften for easier dipping.
6-Serve with bagel chips or preferred dipping options.
