1 kilogram pork mince forms the hearty base of the rolls
35 grams salt-reduced French onion soup mix adds the signature French onion flavor

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard brings a sharp, zesty note
3 sheets puff pastry sheets, defrosted creates the flaky outer layer
1 egg used for the egg wash to seal and glaze
1 tablespoon milk mixed with the egg for the perfect wash

Instructions
1-Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2-In a large bowl, combine the pork mince, French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Season with pepper.
3-Cut each puff pastry sheet in half and place a portion of the mixture along the length of each half in a log shape.
4-In a small bowl, mix the egg and milk. Brush the mixture along one side of the pastry on top of the mince.
5-Roll up the pastry to enclose the filling and press to seal. Brush the top of each roll with the egg mixture.
6-Use a small serrated knife to cut each rolled log into 6 or 8 small pieces.
7-Place the pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
8-Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
