1Β½ cups heavy whipping cream

3 ounces freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon freshly minced parsley

Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin to make cleanup a breeze.

2-In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, diced onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until just combined don’t overmix to keep things juicy.

3-Divide the mixture into 12 portions, shape them into balls, and pop them into the muffin tin cups; sprinkle extra Parmesan on top if you’re feeling fancy.

4-Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until they’re golden and reach an internal temperature of 165Β°F, then let them rest for 5 minutes.

5-For the sauce, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add garlic and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes, stir in flour and cook for another minute.

6-Slowly whisk in heavy whipping cream and cook until thickened, about 3-4 minutes, then mix in Parmesan, salt, and parsley until smooth.

7-Serve the meatloaves with that warm cream sauce drizzled on top for a finishing touch.
