– 2 tablespoons soy sauce for the glaze

– 2 tablespoons honey for the glaze

– 1 teaspoon rice vinegar for the glaze

– 1 teaspoon minced garlic for the glaze

– Β½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger for the glaze

– Β½ teaspoon sesame seeds for the glaze

– 1 tablespoon sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

1-In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, Β½ teaspoon minced fresh ginger, and Β½ teaspoon sesame seeds.

2-Pat the 2 cod filets dry and season them lightly with salt and pepper.

3-Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with a bit of oil.

4-Cook the cod filets for 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden and flake easily.

5-Pour the glaze over the cod in the last minute of cooking, spooning it over to coat evenly.

6-Remove from heat, garnish with 1 tablespoon sliced green onions, and serve right away.
