Gumbo Gumbo is a thick, deeply flavored stew that brings together andouille sausage, shrimp, tomatoes, and vegetables, then lands on the table over a scoop of rice. It is the kind of pot that makes a kitchen smell like a Sunday afternoon, even when it is a Tuesday.
