๐Ÿ‘ป Add spooky fun to your snack table with Meatball Mummy Crescent Bites, a creative and festive treat perfect for Halloween.
๐Ÿด These bites combine savory meatballs wrapped in flaky crescent dough, offering an easy-to-make appetizer that guests will love.

  • Total Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

– 20 frozen cooked meatballs, thawed

– Ketchup or mustard if desired for eyes and dipping

– Marinara sauce as desired for serving and dipping

– Crescent roll dough for wrapping

Instructions

1-First, preheat the oven to 375ยฐF and line your work surface with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Unroll the crescent roll dough on the parchment, press the perforations to seal, and cut it into 4 rectangles as the base for your mummy wraps.

2-Next, cut each rectangle lengthwise into 10 strips, giving you 40 strips in total for wrapping. Take 2 strips and wrap them around each thawed meatball to mimic bandages, stretching the dough gently to cover without tearing.

3-Assembling and Baking the Meatballs: Separate the dough strands near one end of each meatball to reveal the โ€œfaceโ€ for a spooky look. Place the wrapped meatballs on an ungreased large cookie sheet, spacing them out for even baking.

4-Bake for 13 to 17 minutes until the dough turns light golden brown and the meatballs heat through completely. After baking, use ketchup or mustard to draw on eyes, adding that final festive touch. Serve the mummy meatballs with warm marinara sauce for dipping, and enjoy the results in under 30 minutes total time.
