Instructions

1-In a large bowl, mix half of the diced jalapenos, the minced onion, the ground turkey, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper; form the mixture into 8 thin patties.

2-In a separate small bowl, combine the remaining diced jalapenos, light cream cheese, and chopped bacon.

3-Place the cream cheese mixture on top of 4 of the patties, then cover each with one of the remaining plain patties, sealing the edges completely.

4-Cook the burgers in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes per side until fully cooked.
