2-Mixing and Chilling the Mixture: Reheat the infused cream to just simmering, strain it to remove the zest, and pour it over the white chocolate mixture. Cover the mixture tightly with plastic wrap, let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours or overnight until it’s firm but still easy to scoop.
