Instructions
1-Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
2-Add the garlic and sautรฉ until fragrant, about 20 seconds, ensuring it does not brown.
3-Remove from heat and add the chicken broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt. Return to medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
4-Stir in the couscous, remove from heat immediately, and cover with a lid. Let it rest for 4 to 5 minutes.
5-Add the parsley and fluff the couscous with a fork. If needed, add extra olive oil or broth to moisten, then serve warm.
