Instructions
1-Prepare the pizza dough: Prepare the pizza dough using your preferred recipe or pre-made dough. This step is all about getting that base ready, and stretching it by hand keeps those lovely bubbles intact for a chewy texture.
2-Make the lemon brine: Make the lemon brine by combining all brine ingredients in a lidded jar and shaking well. This mixture is the secret to that fresh, zesty flavor that makes the pizza pop it’s so easy and adds so much!
3-Gently stretch the dough: Gently stretch the dough on parchment paper to approximately 9×13 inches. Place it on a pizza peel or the back of a rimmed baking sheet to make transfer easy.
4-Create dimples in the dough: Create dimples in the dough with your fingers. Evenly spoon the lemon brine over the dough, filling the dimples for even distribution.
