  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

– 2 cups frozen mango chunks

– 1 cup mango juice or orange juice

– 1 tablespoon honey or granulated sugar (optional)

– 1 cup ice cubes

– 2-3 drops orange or yellow food coloring (optional)

– 2 cups frozen strawberries

– 1 cup strawberry juice or water

– 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (optional)

– 1 cup ice cubes

– 2-3 drops red food coloring (optional)

– 1 cup vanilla ice cream

– 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

– 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup

– 1 cup ice cubes

– 1/2 cup whipped cream

– 1/4 cup fresh mango slices

– 1/4 cup fresh strawberry slices

– 2 tablespoons mango or strawberry syrup for drizzling

Instructions

1-Prepare the fruits by washing the mango chunks and strawberries thoroughly. Remove any pits and hulls, then cut them into pieces for smooth blending.

2-For the mango layer, blend 2 cups frozen mango chunks with 1 cup mango juice or orange juice, 1 tablespoon honey or granulated sugar if using, 1 cup ice cubes, and 2-3 drops orange or yellow food coloring if desired, until smooth. Chill this mixture in the freezer for a few minutes.

3-For the strawberry layer, blend 2 cups frozen strawberries with 1 cup strawberry juice or water, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar if using, 1 cup ice cubes, and 2-3 drops red food coloring if desired, until smooth. Keep it chilled as well.

4-For the cream layer, blend 1 cup vanilla ice cream with 1/2 cup milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup, and 1 cup ice cubes until creamy and pourable.

5-Assemble in glasses by layering the mango mixture at the bottom, then carefully pour the strawberry layer on top using the back of a spoon to keep the colors separate, and finally add the cream layer.

6-Top with 1/2 cup whipped cream, 1/4 cup fresh mango slices, 1/4 cup fresh strawberry slices, and drizzle with 2 tablespoons mango or strawberry syrup. Serve immediately for the best experience.

Notes

๐Ÿฅ„ Pour each layer slowly over the back of a spoon to maintain vibrant separation.
๐Ÿง Use frozen fruit for best texture; fresh fruit can be substituted by adding more ice cubes.
