Instructions

1-First, gather your ingredients and heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. This sets the stage for a quick, delicious cook that fits right into your busy routine.

2-Next, sautΓ© the red bell pepper and halved cherry tomatoes for 4 to 5 minutes until the tomatoes blister and release their juices.
