Instructions

5-Mix in the egg and vanilla extract next, ensuring everything blends smoothly.
6-With the mixer on low, slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
7-Stir in the mini chocolate chips to spread the chocolate goodness throughout.
8-Scoop slightly heaping 1/2 teaspoons of dough, roll into balls, and press a few more chocolate chips on top if you want extra flair.
9-Place the dough balls on your prepared baking sheets, spaced about 1 inch apart.
10-Bake for about 5 to 6 minutes; the cookies should look soft and slightly underbaked when done.
11-Let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes, then move to wire racks to cool completely before storing.
