๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Master the art of simple yet impressive cooking with these 15-minute biscuit bombs that deliver maximum flavor with minimal effort – guaranteed to disappear fast at any gathering

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 16 biscuit bombs

Ingredients

– 1 package (8-count) of buttermilk biscuits

– 4 sticks of mozzarella string cheese, each cut into eight pieces

– 4 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter

– 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic

– 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley

– A pinch of fine sea salt

Instructions

1- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (204ยฐC) and prepare a light-colored baking sheet.

2- Separate each biscuit from the package and cut each one in half.

3- Flatten each piece of dough to about 1/4 inch thickness on a clean surface.

4- Mix 4 tablespoons of unsalted melted butter with 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, and a pinch of fine sea salt to create the garlic butter mixture.

5- Place two pieces of mozzarella string cheese in the center of each flattened dough piece.

6- Fold the dough over the cheese and seal the edges tightly to form balls, making sure the seams are down.

7- Arrange the balls on the baking sheet and brush them with the garlic butter mixture.

8- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown, then brush with the remaining butter mixture right after removing from the oven.

9- Serve warm to enjoy the gooey melted cheese inside; the whole process takes about 15 minutes.

Notes

๐ŸงŠ Keep the mozzarella string cheese cold until ready to use – this helps prevent the cheese from melting too quickly while assembling the bombs
๐Ÿ” Make sure to seal the edges of the biscuits very well – any gaps will allow the melted cheese to escape during baking
๐ŸŒฟ Fresh parsley works best for the garlic butter, but you can substitute with dried parsley in a pinch – use about 1 teaspoon of dried for every 2 tablespoons of fresh
