Orange Blossom Delight Balls These Orange Blossom Delight Balls are the treat I make when a sweet craving shows up and I refuse to turn on the oven. Picture crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, bright orange juice concentrate, and a soft coconut coating, all rolled into little bite size balls that firm up in the fridge.
