Instructions

1-First, grab a large microwave-safe mug that’s at least 350 mL or 12.5 oz in size. Mash together 4 chocolate sandwich cookies and 1/4 cup milk until they’re mostly dissolved, creating a smooth base for your batter.

2-Next, add 1 tablespoon caster or superfine sugar, 1 tablespoon plain or all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder to the mug, then stir everything well until fully combined.
