Instructions
1-Preheat oven: to 350ยฐF.
2-Sift and whisk: together flour and baking powder.
3-Cream: butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
4-Mix in: peanut butter until fully incorporated.
5-Beat in: the egg and vanilla extract, scraping the bowl.
6-Gradually add: the flour mixture on low speed until just combined.
7-Roll dough: into one-inch balls, place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
8-Flatten balls: with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
9-Bake: for 8-10 minutes until edges begin to change color.
10-Cool: completely on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
