– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed

– 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

1-Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to get started.

2-Mix the chopped pistachios, honey, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well blended for a flavorful coating.

3-Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface, smooth out creases, and cut into 3×3 inch squares for the base.

4-Place about 1 ounce of Brie in the center of each square, then add 1 to 2 teaspoons of the pistachio mixture on top to build the layers.

5-Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch tightly to seal, ensuring everything stays in place.
