Ingredients

– 8 cups lemon-lime flavored carbonated drink (substitute with sparkling wine for the alcoholic version)

– 1 Β½ cups pomegranate juice

– ΒΌ cup granulated sugar

– 2 large oranges, thinly sliced (preferably the middle slices)

– Β½ cup pomegranate arils

– 4 cups ice (optional)

– Fresh mint for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1- Gather all ingredients and chill the pomegranate juice and carbonated drink for optimal refreshment, just like the summary suggests to keep everything cold.

2- In a large bowl or pitcher, mix the 8 cups of lemon-lime flavored carbonated drink with 1 Β½ cups pomegranate juice and ΒΌ cup granulated sugar, adding the sugar slowly to prevent bubbling over.
