Instructions

1-First, preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and prepare your 9Γ—13-inch pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.

2-In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice to ensure they’re evenly mixed.

3-Next, in another bowl, combine the wet ingredients by beating the oil, eggs, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.

4-Slowly add the dry mix to the wet one, stirring just until combined to avoid a tough cake.
