Ingredients
12–16 ounces cooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed
1 (16-ounce) package crab meat, either imitation or fresh, cut into chunks
1 clove minced garlic
1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated for topping
Pasta noodles, spaghetti or any preferred type, cooked al dente
3–4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup butter (half a stick)
Another 1/4 cup butter for tossing with pasta
1/2 cup diced onion
A pinch of sea salt
2 teaspoons seasoning blend similar to garlic, basil, and oregano
Instructions
1-Start by cooking your pasta noodles, like spaghetti, al dente according to the package instructions. Once done, drain them and set aside to keep that perfect texture.
2-Heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/4 cup butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup diced onion and 1 clove minced garlic, cooking until the onion turns translucent for a flavorful base.
3-Add the 12-16 ounces of cooked shrimp to the skillet and stir in 1 (14-ounce) can of diced tomatoes with juice. Let everything warm through for a few minutes.
4-Mix in the 1 (16-ounce) package of crab meat, along with a pinch of sea salt and 2 teaspoons of a seasoning blend like garlic, basil, and oregano. Gently heat to combine the flavors without overcooking.
5-Toss the drained pasta into the skillet with the remaining 1/4 cup butter. Stir until everything is warm and well-coated in the sauce.
6-Serve right away, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. For a twist, add extras like mushrooms or Cajun sausage if you have them on hand.
