– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon sriracha
– 2-3 tablespoons water

Instructions
1-First, cook the rice according to the package instructions until itβs fluffy and set aside.
2-Then, steam the chopped broccoli until itβs fork-tender and ready to go.
3-Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, toss them with oil and spices like salt, pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and oregano.
4-Next, cook the seasoned chicken in an air fryer at 400Β°F for about 12 minutes or until it reaches 160Β°F inside.
5-While thatβs happening, make the sticky sauce by boiling soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, and ground ginger in a saucepan.
6-Add the arrowroot powder mixed with water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until it thickens.
7-Once everything is cooked, layer the rice, broccoli, and chicken in bowls.
8-Pour the sticky sauce over the top and drizzle with spicy mayo made from mayonnaise, sriracha, and water.
9-Finish with sesame seeds and avocado slices for extra flavor and crunch.
