Ingredients

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

– 1 cup chocolate frosting

– 12 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped

– 24 small candy eyes

– 6 small candies, cut in half to form beaks

– 12 red gummy worms for the wattle

– 20 pieces candy corn (10 pieces per turkey tail)

Instructions

1-Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

2-Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

3-In another bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.

4-Gently whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.

5-Fill cupcake liners three-quarters full and bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6-Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting.

7-Frost each cupcake with a thin layer of chocolate frosting.

8-Decorate by placing a mini peanut butter cup for the turkey head, attaching candy eyes, halved small candies for beak, red gummy worm pieces as wattle using a small amount of frosting as glue, and arranging candy corn to form the turkey’s tail feathers.
